NOSC-UA DIH started work on the implementation of the i4Trust Data Spaces Experiment “Carbon Agri Data Space (CADS). CADS consortia includes participanats from 6 countries and is fully supported by i4Trust’s core partners to test, pilot and scale concepts around secure and effective data sharing in Agrifood domain to calculate carbon footprint.
The initial phase of the project devoted to the preparation of a functional and technical specification covering the functional scope, role model, data flows and architecture . Project participants received useful advice from mentors. The workshop on architecture, which was held on February 17 with the participation of i4Trust experts, made it possible to detail the architecture of the experiment embedded in i4Trust standard blocks.
The next stage involves the creation of a prototype of a technical solution for data exchange.
The goal of i4Trust is to support different players in creating data spaces based on common standard mechanisms for data interoperability, data value creation, and data sovereignty and trust. We believe that project will contribute to solving the problems of climate change in agriculture with the help of i4trust components.
