The SOLVER PRO\natomic force microscope is a universal tool for studying the topography and\nelectrophysical and magnetic properties of high-resolution surfaces and allows\natomic force microscopy (contact, semi-contact, non-contact), magnetic force\nmicroscopy and scanning tunneling microscopy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Services:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u0421enter can perform the following\nresearch:<br>\n1.
