Khyzhun,&nbsp; +38 0(44)-390-11-23, khyzhun@ukr.net, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.materials.kiev.ua\/science\/vas.jsp\">http:\/\/www.materials.kiev.ua\/science\/vas.jsp<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Equipments:\n<\/strong>&nbsp;The UHV Analysis System is used to study X-ray\nphotoelectron spectra of valence and internal levels of atoms of experimental\nsamples, in particular, to study: X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, ultraviolet\nspectroscopy, Auger spectroscopy (Auger spectroscopy) and electron diffraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Services: <\/strong>&nbsp;The Center conducts research X-ray\nphotoelectron spectra (XPS) valence and internal levels of experimental samples\nand ultraviolet spectra, Auger spectra and electron diffraction. XPS spectra\nare obtained at a constant delay potential of 25-40 eV.
