On July 14, 2023, the NOSC-UA DIH Virtual Center for Digital Innovation, together with business associations, think tanks, and civil society organizations, signed the Manifesto for the Transition to Industry 5.0, which was developed by a community of industrial high-tech organizations and discussed at the Industry 5.0 in Ukraine conference. The document substantiates the principles of the new Ukrainian industry, which can be the foundation of recovery projects, and proposes 10 priority areas of action for communities and the government. These include a significant increase in the government’s effectiveness in modern industrial policies and strategies, integration of high-tech communities with the defense industry, focus on deep-tech sectors, restoration of human capital, advanced development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the double (digital and green) transition, introduction of non-financial reporting indicators in companies, and others (details are available here).
